May 22, 2020

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — The Arkansas 30 Day fund, a non-profit started by Sarah Huckabee Sanders and her husband Bryan to help struggling state businesses bridge a financial gap while waiting on assistance to work through the red tape of government relief programs, has already started handing out forgivable loans just four days after opening applications.

Huckabee Sanders told Channel 7 News the goal was to have a quick turnaround to help businesses get much needed funding quickly.

On Thursday the non-profit planned to award a handful of forgivable loans, funded by private citizens, and would continue to hand out more throughout the coming weeks.
